Ventura East End

Most consider the “East end” of Ventura to encompass homes located East of Victoria Ave.  As the City of Ventura was originally developed from the West to East, homes on this side of town tend to be newer and bigger than the standard mid-town bungalow.  Historically, home prices have also been lower on the East end.  That being said, this area of town offers some great schools, communities and neighborhoods.  The landscape is also quite large, so many buyers tend to find more options when widening their search to include the “East end.”
