Ventura College Area

East of “Mid-Town” Ventura is a region loosely referred to by locals as the Ventura College area.  This area includes homes located both North and South of Ventura Community College, for which the price difference between these two neighborhoods tends to vary quite dramatically.  The homes in both areas were primarily built in the 1960’s and 1970’s, and many located below the college feature mid-century architecture and design from that era.   The college area neighborhoods offer great access to the rest of the City, nice quiet streets and many larger sized lots.  Because of this, these areas tend to be very much in demand.
