Ventura Beach Communities
At the northern edge of Ventura are the coastal enclaves of Solimar, Faria, and Seacliff, along with homes lining Pacific Coast Highway. Many properties in these communities are directly beachfront, some within gated neighborhoods, and offer breathtaking ocean views just steps from the sand. These areas are prized for their privacy, natural beauty, and close connection to the coastline.
Located west of the Ventura Harbor, the Pierpont Beach and South Seaward area is a vibrant seaside community offering convenient access to shopping, restaurants, beach entry points, and a scenic coastal bike path. This area includes both the Pierpont Community and the Ventura Keys, creating a desirable coastal pocket within the heart of the city.
The Pierpont Community runs along Pierpont Boulevard and is made up of a series of “lanes” that extend perpendicularly toward the beach. Typically, each lane features two homes directly on the sand, with additional residences set progressively farther back, offering varying levels of proximity to the ocean.
The Ventura Keys is a collection of single-family homes, many with private boat docks, providing easy access to the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands. Together, Pierpont and the Keys offer a unique blend of classic beach living, boating lifestyle, and everyday convenience.
