Ventura Beaches

At the Northern end of Ventura are the beach communities of Solimar, Faria and Seacliff, as well as homes located along Pacific Coast Highway.  Most of these homes are beachfront, many in gated communities, and include spectacular views just steps from the sand.  

Pierpont Beach:

West of the Ventura Harbor is the Pierpont and South Seaward area, which includes shopping, restaurants, beach access and a bike path.  The neighborhoods in this area include the Pierpont Community and Ventura Keys, which make up a lovely seaside area in the middle of the City of Ventura.  The Pierpont community runs along Pierpont Blvd and encompasses various “lanes” which hit Pierpont Blvd perpendicularly.  For the most part, each “lane” located off of Pierpont features two homes directly beachfront, and then each subsequent home is a different proximity to the beach based on their distance from those two front homes.  The Ventura Keys consists of single-family residences, including many boat dock homes, with easy access to the Pacific Ocean and the Channel Islands.
