Meet Kaitlin
Being born and raised in the beautiful coastal city of Ventura, my deep love for this city started developing at a young age. My college years took me just up the coast to Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo where I studied Business Marketing and deepened my understanding of business and reaching consumers. From there I headed even farther up the coast to San Francisco, beginning what would end up being a 10+ year career working in the Advertising and Marketing industry as a VP, Senior Account Director managing Fortune 500 client’s budgets and servicing their marketing needs. I quickly learned to master the art of creativity solving problems to best serve my client’s needs while upholding integrity and professionalism.
Making the career move to the Real Estate industry in 2017 proved to be the perfect transition, allowing me to move back and sell the city that I love. Most streets here are tied to a memory I have from over the years – from a former favorite restaurant that we used to frequent, to a best friend’s house where I spent nights on end – selling Ventura County brings us so much joy because we get to share our hometown with others.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband Jason, son Jack (9) and Molly (6.) I am an avid marathon runner, love the beach and traveling. I also enjoy interior design and anything that involves creativity, including cooking, crafting and party planning. Bringing the people I love together is one of my favorite activities.
With Melody being fortunate enough to have built such a strong local real estate business, I was able to come alongside her and bring my extensive customer service, marketing strategy and digital skills to help assist her. Together, we are a mother and daughter Real Estate Team offering unparalleled service. We bring our clients clarity throughout every transaction, carefully walking them through the buying and/or selling process.
