Ventura Mid-Town
Ventura Mid-Town
For many years “mid-town” Ventura, which is broadly defined as an area of homes in the center of town, has been the most in-demand region of the City for buyers. This area includes homes built mainly from 1930 to around 1970. With that era comes homes such as the quintessential Spanish bungalow, 1930’s charmer with arched ceilings and build-in shelving as well some mid-century architecture from the 1960’s and 70’s. Many tree-lines streets, some with a view, draw everyone from families to young couples due to the homes’ charm and location – many walkable to shops and restaurants, as well as centrally located to most other offerings in town.
